HFA’s Growth is Built on People—And I’m Grateful to Capture It

Some companies grow through acquisitions. Others expand by entering new markets. HFA? They grow mostly through their people.

They recently had this article written about them on the Talk Business and Politics website. (And yes, that is my photo in the article!!)

Reading about HFA’s incredible momentum—over 110 new team members in the past year, a thriving culture, and big goals for the future—one thing is clear: their success is built on the talented, driven, and creative people who make up the firm. It’s a culture that fosters connection, values collaboration, and embraces innovation. And from behind my camera, I’ve had the privilege of seeing it firsthand.

My relationship with HFA has evolved alongside their growth. What started as a random introduction at an event to Ed Damphousse, then a zoom with Sarah Eschleman, then a few exterior shoots, now we are in a new relationship I just started offering where I photograph for them once a month on a regular schedule so they can be ready to use the content consistently.  In fact, one of their team members recently told me that I am now their go to photographer in New England!!

That means the world to me. It’s not just about taking photos—it’s about telling their story, helping them showcase the people and projects that make their firm extraordinary.

And the best part? I know the story is still unfolding. HFA isn’t just growing in numbers; they’re deepening their impact across industries, across communities, across the country. I can’t wait to continue capturing the moments—big and small—that define who they are and where they’re headed next.

To everyone at HFA: congratulations on this exciting chapter. Your success is well-earned, and I’m honored to be a part of it.
